Short .53 video , enjoy.

I like how he calmly picks up his jackhammer and shovel and just walks out of the way.

Apparently that wasn’t his first time. Picked up the tools like he was just heading to the next job, lol.

The line between nerves of steel and just plain stupid is very faint.

Life sure is tough when you don't learn from the mistakes of others.

Look up Fred Dibnah (RIP) on YouTube , that guy was amazing. Much respect.

I liked the way he put his hand on the structure almost as though he felt if it fell his way he could push it back.

The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never let the dumbest ones lead the pack.

I’m betting he put his hand on it to detect movement he couldn’t see.

I agree- he is not stoopid or a thrill seeker- he is a professional who knows his bidness.

Reminded me of retreat coal mining. You mine through an area, leaving pillars of coal ( maybe 50’ x 50’ ) to support the roof and overburden above you. When you got to the end of that section of coal, you remined the pillars, splitting them in two, while setting props to support the roof. In the end, you mined ( “ pulled” ) the “ push out stump” , and the area was gonna cave. It was a balancing act, getting enough of the push out stump to induce a fall ( which you wanted ), and still having enough time to get yourself and the continuous mining machine out of there. Good times 40 years ago.

I knocked down an old silo once. Knocked out every other block then threaded a chain through the holes and pulled with and excavator and it just crumbled over. Very cool i wish i still had the video of it. Dont think id stand beside it like that though!
