90 is pretty big for a Wisconsin wolf.

Maybe Republicans can bury permanent delisting in a 1,000 page stimulus bill.

There have been confirmed pack(s) in the Colburn Wildlife area about 35 miles north of there for over a decade. Not surprising that the packs are purging out young adults and this is the start of dispersal time for many species.

If the GOP would have worked to approve additional stimulus bill(s) and included the wolf delisting I am quite sure it would have passed, but they have chosen not to up until now and there won't be anything until after November and if there is a change in administration probably not until after early next year.

I'm near certain Biden would oppose de-listing.

I doubt that Biden would oppose delisting, even our liberal senator Baldwin is on board. Sad to say we may need a Democratic senate and WH to manage wolves on a state level.
