Hopefully Marlin's new ownership will bring back quality in their levergun lineup.
On another note, Ithaca Gun Company isn't making guns now either. Can't get any information out of the women that answers their phone occasionally. Was interested in possibly ordering a new pump shotgun, but I'm not about to put any money down on a new Model 37 unless I know they're filling orders. I've noticed Ithaca reports everything out of stock. I had hoped that was just the panic buying. I hope they're not going under again. Their website has listed their various models "out of stock" before the panic buying began. I've been following their lack of production for about six months.

Ruger is the high bid for Marlin Firearms??? that is what I heard I could see some nice lever guns coming out of a Ruger-Marlin I bet we would see more SS guns more 357 and 44 carbines I hope whoever gets H&R/NEF they start making the handi rifles again ,I think if they brought back a few of the most popular calibers 357 , 44, 454 30-30, 308 223.45-70
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

Good to know, Lugnut. I didn't know if it was true or false, but wouldn't have surprised me if it were true. Thanks for the clarification.

Have you researched the fact that Truth or Fiction verified the facts about Soros by going to T or F? I don't care for Soros any more than you do, but for him to buy a firearms company just to shut it down seems a little far fetched.

that would be nice if Hand R / NEF came back alright
I am glad a company like ruger will run the lever gun line

It’s interesting that the workers at Remington are represented by the UMWA. many unions have amalgamated with other unions.
