does it still have a VIN number ?
I think I would call the warden on that.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I would be looking for a VIN number too. Shame that is there , whoever left it there could have just as easy taken it to the scrapyard for a couple bucks.
I was hiking here a couple months back in a state forest with a friend. Found the remains of an old truck a couple of miles in on a trail. Been there a while , now inaccessible due to the trees growing in over the years and unable to remove it. Rusted beyond recognition but it had the old school 'lever shocks'
Now just a relic until it rusts away completely.

It's happening all over the place. I can't figure out what is going on. I concur, but here's my theory: high unemployment, due to the covid scam as we know. When people are unemployed many of them turn into lazy slobs. Easier to dump trash in the woods than haul it or pay for disposal. Property & petty crime goes up, resulting in more hot vehicles and personal goods getting dumped when thieves get cold feet. Substance abuse increases, so you'll find more beer cans and drug paraphernalia. Plus unemployed people care less about DUI. Unfortunately many people lack the discipline or maturity to remain functional without employment, and when widespread disfunction increases we see the effects in many ways.
Boco couldn't catch a cold. But if he did, it would be Top Lot.

I pick up trash every stinking day in the city park. It is pathetic that people don't appreciate what we have. Just plain pigs. We used to have a community cleanup one day a year where people could get rid of their junk for free, yet the sh*tholes never got cleaned up. Still too much work for the lazy. As far as the beer cans, with the open-container law as it is, people will throw out empties to avoid getting caught.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.

I collect the beer cans out of the ditches when I'm beaver trapping, and I don't do it for the 10 cents. When I was checked by the CO couple weeks ago as he was looking in my truck and gathering my documents it occurred to me that the last can I threw in landed on top of one of the beavers which would have suggested that I would have drank the beer since I caught it. He chuckled and said, "I'm not judging" when I explained it wasn't mine.

Getting rid of trash Is very expensive. But dumping It on public ground Is unacceptable.
