Anyone use one of these? It is a Bialetti stove top model. When I have time I bust it out. Takes a few minutes but makes a good cup. No cream or sugar here, just hot black coffee. Usually a dark roast. Also had time to make an onion, pepper, and garlic frittata. [Linked Image]

P.S. my apologies for not knowing how to rotate the pic

That is a pretty cool-looking coffee maker. I don't doubt it will make a mean cup of coffee.

my wife is a coffee nut

also a bit addicted to it . she is not happy till she has had her morning coffee

we have the
Cuisinart drip coffee pot had a bun for many years but after 2 broke we tried this brand

a collection of percolators I have found at yard sales

a pour over

a french press

an arrow press I think it is called makes small amounts of very intense capachino like coffee

we had one of those little Vacuum type , I don't think we have that one any more just didn't make enough and parts to wash.

I have to get the coffee made before she leaves for work so I preferer easy with the drip most coffee least effort on my part

she takes 2 travel mugs to work in the morning one for the drive one for her desk

Gcp I'm similar I have several gadgets. I have only had aero press once and it was good.
I recently bought a stove top espresso maker which is similar to a percolator and it makes great espresso if done right. I miss my espresso machine.

Here's the stove top espresso machine

I have to admit I don't have the patients for aero press my son makes that

my daughter has been making dalgona coffee https://www.delish.com/cooking/recipe-ideas/a32072159/dalgona-coffee-recipe/

it is good but they make so many dishes doing it

something else I will drink but don't normally have the patients for making.

Fritata is scrambled eggs and cream , the cream slows the cooking of the eggs making a fluffy baked skillet egg casserole almost
we typically do about 9-12 eggs and about 2-3 cups of heavy cream a pound of breakfast sausage and a 8oz package of Fetta cheese.
sometimes I saute onions with the sausage while it is browning
some times I add mushrooms , really you can add anything you like , we sometimes add extra cheese to the top about 10 minutes from the end

Italian egg casserole with a variety of ingredients

https://www.thekitchn.com/how-to-make-a-frittata-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-170717

the wife really likes these for Sunday breakfast and she takes the leftovers as lunch to work.

I like it because it is one skillet to wash and a bowl to whip the eggs and cream

Could not agree more with the one bowl cleanup. My wife likes leftovers for work, too.

the Delgona coffee is nice for those hot days of summer

ice , milk , and the wipped cream and instant coffee

if you blended the ice and milk first it would be like one of those fancy blended drinks fromt he coffee shop

I am a Keurig fan. I like that easy button on the way to the first morning pee.
Before that was a Bunnomatic but they started riveting them so you can't take them apart and clean them.

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Best coffee is a handful of ground coffee in cold water brought to a boil on the woodstove(or open fire) in an ordinary coffee pot at camp, and left to steep for 5 minutes, till the grinds settle, then served piping hot.

When we remodeled, we recessed a coffee maker in the wall. It is plumbed to water. I have to change filter and add ground coffee and it does the rest. Has timer and will make 1, 5, or 10 cups. Five cups is about equal to two mugs.
