Did you hear her ask Barrett if she ever sexually harassed anyone? It's called shadowing in psychology. Your world views are cast upon or " shadowed" all around " you." Wonder why some of this dingdongs ask such weird questions? They shadow everywhere they roam. Blessings, Mark

I cannot tolerate watching it. I will see the summary as reported by The 5, Tucker, Hannity, Mark Levin or Judge Jeanine . Same, I can't stand watching the nonsense. I'll watch the bits and pieces I find interesting later on YouTube. It is safer for the TV if I don't watch.

Did you hear her ask Barrett if she ever sexually harassed anyone? Yes, that whole line of questioning raises the red flag with me. Why would a person ask such questions?? It wasn't until the hearing was about over with Kavanaugh when they accused him of attempted rape.

If I was to be in the position to question a nominee, I'd question their stance on relying heavily on precedent for their verdicts.
Cavanaugh also said he'd rely on precedent verdicts to influence his decisions. I'd ask them how more freedoms are attained if relying on precedents? Such as voting rights, ect.
I just don't see the reason there is so much weight put on them. Any thoughts? I would view the Constitution as precedent. Also if previous decisions were not used as some basis for new decisions, can you imagine the chaos that would be generated with each new iteration of the court ? As member justices change, so does the world view of the court. That shouldn't influence decisions but we know it does......Roberts ! Consequently, I prefer the court to be constrained by precedent.
