If yellowish underneath, likely a Great Crested Flycatcher.
If whitish underneath, then an Eastern Kingbird, also a flavor of flycatcher.

Mockingbirds have visible white markings from just about every angle.

White wing coverts and white edge on tail feather leans towards Mockingbird
but
the head colour is just not right

Did it call; " whip 3 beers" then it's a blank
Mockingbirds do mimic other bird calls
