"Arms" includes more than just guns. absolutely if it has any reasonable use in the defense of a free state , it falls under such protections. if I want to light a fire any old used kerosene jug or gas can will move accelerant no need for a 650 dollar tool zippo lighter fluid in pocket and a zippo would make more discreet arson tools for much less than 650. as we see from recent events modern day terrorist's like to fit all their "tools" in a backpack and often rely on local tinder to fuel their arson such as literal dumpster fires why no out cry for a lock on every dumpster ? I wonder

"Arms" includes more than just guns. That it does. Just learned today that the ATF is charging rioters rounded up by Trumps deputized locals with possession of destructive devices if they were caught with a molotov or molotov materials. This is being done under the National FIREARMS Act.

You said the ATF is charging "RIOTERS" with possession of destructive devices. If they are "RIOTERS", they SHOULD be charged as you said.
