There's an Amish-owned shop near me. It started out as a one-man operation. I used to take my boots to old Ivan Leid to have them repaired/resoled. His kids turn it into a thriving business; Leid Shoes and Saddlery. You can get great quality belts and other leather goods there for very reasonable prices.
