I thought I would share our baked potatoe recipe we got this from America Test Kitchen or Cooks Country. Makes a really fluffy potato with a crispy skin. Baked Potato Pre heat oven 450 Brine 2 Tablespoon salt ½ cup water Poke holes in potato with fork I do the length on 4 sides just need to break the skin Swish the potato around in the brine and set to the side don’t soak it. I do mine twice first when I start to preheat the oven and right before it goes in the oven.
