welcome to 2020
yes any store that has any probably has a 1 per customer per day
stores are out everywhere , maybe not everywhere but a lot of places
been bad since March 15h got really bad when cities started burning
funny no one has enough guns or ammo when American cities are being burned by looters and rioters
something about calling 911 and being told , your on your own
record number of new gun owners
sales on guns and ammo topping every other year
just incase you were wondering no reloading components are not a lot better , primers are the big shortage , bullets next

With all due respect I'm surprised that anyone isn't aware there is an ammo shortage going on.
I believe this is the worse one ive seen.

the oddball ammo is more available untill it sells out
the one store I go to has all the sort of obscure stuff behind the counter 32-20 , 38-55 , 44-40 , 22WSSM 243WSSM 7-30 waters and some others
he recently got in 270 , 30-06 , and other commn deer calibers , but 9mm is still out althogh he had 38spl
basically anything you could consider personal defense is sold out everywhere
I was at walmart a few weeks ago and they actually had a box of buckshot 15round pack, well until I bought it the did

If this does not end soon I may have to get back into Falconry, just joking. But I do miss some parts of the sport.

Just this morning at the health club a member told me he went to the local fleet farm where he always buys shells for his 06. They were out of 30-06. He thought he was going to have to use his 30-30 this year. But, they were out of that caliber too. I told him he could borrow my 6MM if he wanted. He said he'd prefer to use his own rifle if possible. I would feel the same way.
Anybody know the reason for the shortage????

Hard to believe the United States of America has someone that may actually win running on a platform including the desire to start another civil war.
If he wins lets hope congress and the supremes stop Kamala's gun control fantasy.

I am hearing the same thing over and over. "every time we get ammo in its sold out as soon as we put it on the shelves"
Ammo makers are not going to spend the money to increase production capability as it would be a money loser. Ramp up production, plenty for sale, fear is gone, and sales will plummet. They are going to produce what they can without buying more equipment.
