Anyone who bought a pistol brace weapon should have known this was likely.
I did and bought them anyway.
I'm not buying stamps. I'm not turning them in to the feds.
And the guy on the video is right about bump stocks. I never wanted one but knew Trump's ban would have negative consequences--like this and beyond. It has and there's no way to argue otherwise.

I said it the last time this was brought up and will say it again. Sounds to me like the ATF is setting a lot of gun owners up to be felons, so a new potus can have a good starting point for gun confiscation. We should fear the govt that fears our guns, they are planning something that we would shoot them for.

Yep, instant felon aka non voter. Good excuse for not only confiscation but increased record keeping aka gun registration so they know where to go get them when they change the rules.
But on the bright side, undoubtedly this will be an early test for our new Justice ACB.

The alphabets may only have an idea of what your arsenal contains but they are aware you have one, unless you have never bought a firearm on the insta check program, then maybe you are not on the firearm owner list.
I am curious as to when the alphabets got the authority to interpret law, who gave it to them, and will those interpretations hold up in court.

By my reading they don't have the constitutional authority to do so even if the congress thinks they can delegate said authority. However I'm just an average English language speaker and don't understand politician speak.

They dont have the authority just like Trump didnt have the attention to ban bump stocks. Yet it happens.
The only thing I know for sure is I dont have pockets deep enough to pay for my legal defences against the government prosecution I would also be paying for.
But if Biden wins and they get ther wishes on gun control, shutting down our manufacturing and producing centers in the name of environmental protection and climanant change. They support the riots and looters and prosecute those defending them selfies including the cops. Do everything they can to make enforcement ineffective.
Well maybe I'm paranoid but that the way things look to be heading. In that situation I doubt I will have to be concerned about it very long.
