Trump won 2016 with a vote count of 62.8 million. Guess it will be a ghost town when I go to vote on election day since half already voted? I have to ask, with all this early voting why do we need extra days/weeks to count them?

The report claimed about 1/3 of the ballots in the box were damaged beyond the point where they could be counted. How in the wide world of sports is there unmanned, unmonitored, unattended ballot collection boxes? Couldn't I potentially send in a vote-by-mail ballot application for everyone in my apartment building, collect their ballots after the mailman comes, fill them out however I want, and then drop "their" ballots off at the collection box? Should I really trust the USPS, whose union endorses one particular candidate, to honestly distribute and collect ballots? I understand absentee voting and the protections that go along with it. I can even understand some provision for early voting. But the extent of early voting and all this vote-by-mail business greatly erodes my confidence in the integrity of our elections. What from Christ that soul can sever, Bound by everlasting bands? None shall take thee From the Strength of Israel's hands.
