Correct me if I'm wrong, not a reloader, but isn't deburring only needed if the case has been trimmed or otherwise cut or milled that can leave a burred edge?

In my experience, bottle neck cartridges tend to stretch a little every time they're fired. I always run them through a trim gauge after depriming. If they need trimmed, then yes, they need deburred. Makes the bullets easier to seat, also. Straight wall cartridges don't seem to have that problem

putting a champher on the mouth lets the bullet slip into the case easier
every rifle case should be trimmed to length every time by many peoples procedure , especially a company selling tools unless they are selling a neck size only die
remember it is a commercial to sell reloading equipment not show you how to do the minimum
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
