AJE OP trapper A Joined: Jan 2016 Posts: 10,094 WI - Wisconsin	It is that time of year. I bet some of you are ready to put out your decoy. It sure fools the small bucks, but I haven't used it enough to know if it'll bring the big ones in. It's a pain to carry, but my Flambeau looks very realistic. I like the alert style. Face it away, so as deer approach they aren't looking at you.

The buck has surprisingly work better for me than the doe. Unbelievable tool but like stated it's kind of a pain in the butt to use. Also have a Montana mule deer doe decoy I've killed my last 2 bucks over.

I use it with the antlers on because I'm not interested in attracting does. Decoys are a pain to deploy but they're deadly when you have the right setup for them. I usually stash mine in the area I intend to use it already assembled and ready to go.

Don't use a doe decoys if you need to fill a doe tag. It is very threatening to them.... add dome small horns and deer if all age classes will get curious and approach NRA and NTA Life Member www.BackroadsRevised@etsy.com
