Everything in nafa’s Possession has been sold or disposed of. Any one that bought fur from NAFA in the past 12 mo this paid the court appointed person for the goods they bought. The money did not go to NAFA. At some point in time, presumably this month, the court appointee will pay those shippers that had goods sell in the past year.

If you had fur that sold in the August 2019 sale and your check bounced, those shippers are at the bottom of the totem pole. Those accounts are in limbo and I have no idea if/when they will be settled.

I doubt you will be able to reach any one at NAFA via telephone. The few employees that are left, do answer emails.

So, the people that NAFA shafted first when their house of cards collapsed in late summer of 2019--illegally [in the end] used Aug 19 sales to pay NAFA bills--get set at the back of the line, while the fire sale people this year get paid first...? That makes a lot of sense. At least I get a sense of accomplishment that some lacky in the Can legal system is going to have to waste time filling out, printing and sending me a check for 22 cents after my recent NAFA grinner sale... grin
