If they can't make money skinning your stuff, I don't know how you guys are going to make money trapping it and skinning it.

(AIHTS) or Best Management Practices (BMP) * I voluntarily take part in education programs and I am willing to learn and use new humane methods. * I
assist farmers, residents and other landowners in my area who have nuisance animal problems. * I make notes on furbearer harvest and conditions on my
trapping/hunting grounds to assist in harvest reporting and in monitoring populations of furbearers and prey/food species. * I report or submit diseased
animals to the local district/area Office of Natural Resources. * I teach children or other interested young people to trap/hunt, care for pelts, and take care of
themselves. * I use meat not used for human consumption to feed birds or other wild animals when it is beneficial and legal.
Applies to trappers only: I use only approved traps. * I use the most humane and efficient capture devices available to each species. * I used a killing
type trap when applicable. * I inspect live holding sets as required. * I ensure traps were not set where dogs, cats, or other unwanted animals may be
caught. * I support my state/provincial/local trappers’ organization.
