I'm not hurting for cash, but my boss, She-who-must-be-obeyed, says I can't buy another gun until I sell one.

GreenCountyPete nailed it. Every time a store has any but the most obscure firearms or ammo hereabouts they're wiped out within three days. Line 20 deep yesterday evening putting down deposits on the pistols that came in that morning. Word got out and everyone stopped there on their way home from work. Zero ammo in the common calibers in that store.

I'm also in Alaska, James. Fairbanks. No gun shows up here. Covid panic. No shows at all, used to have a show every other month during the winter. You are fortunate Palmer/Wasilla still are having gun shows. You can list your gun on Alaskaslist. Like others said, prices are up. An AR that sold for 500 back in February will now bring 800 or 850. If your paranoid about who you sell to you could require the sale go through an FFL. I don't think this will change as long as Joe/Kammy are in office. Actions they take or say they will take will keep fear in many people's minds. Additionally, threats of taxes on guns, the loss of lawsuit protection, may actually drive firearm businesses out. I bet there is a billion dollar industry just in the making/selling of ARs and parts. Barrels, lower parts, uppers and parts, red dots, etc. Big business and money and all of it in the Dems sights for extinction. You say guns aren't the only thing you consider when you vote? How about all the people working in the gun industry and all the surrounding businesses that provide materials and parts to the gun industry? Be careful what you ask for, James! YOU MIGHT GET IT!

it may cost you a bit more in shipping , just put that in your shipping price
AK-$$ 48- $$ HI-$$$
they provide you the name , address and number of the FFL you call them verify , maybe look them up on line and ship
everything is going for top dollar on Gun Broker , start and account take good pictures and list what you want
even an AR can ship USPS long guns can ship USPS check the rules many post offices do not know them
you insure the parcel for every dime you were supposed to get from the buyer if it is lost or damaged in shipping you get paid either way
I assume you are thinking of selling the sig patrol 1500-2500 depending on your model and options by looking at gun broker closed auctions.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
