What is that thing walking around with those ravens ? Looks like a rooster, that's what I'm talking about.

Sit on your horse on top of a ridge, look out across the country and tell me there is no God.

Believe it may be the way the sunlight is hitting that particular raven?

Its a raven with a head injury following concussion protocol, has to keep that little raven helmet on for another 2 weeks.

You are probably right. I think it could go either with sunlight or light feathers from the neck up?

Does yall have bald eagles there? with camera angle and bad focus it's kinda hard to estimate size, but that is exactly the posture they have.

It's a Mexican eagle (buzzard) called a Caracara. Watch out when you are calving they will peck the eyeballs out a newborn

I can't tell if people are serious or joking with some of these answers.

It's a raven with the sun only hitting from the neck up.

I don't think it is a Caracara. A Caracara has yellowish-orange legs.

Maybe it's a cross between a raven and this thing on the right side of the picture. That one with the cape is up in the middle of those other birds. Appears to be out of the sunlight.

That one on the right is a Caracara. I am not a bird expert, however.
