If there's one thing this thread has proven it's that millennials are very sensitive and their feelings apparently easily bruised.

I usually see Boomers getting triggered far quicker than millennials, X'ers or Z's.

Do librarians all have a silencer on their handguns???

When I was young I hated school. My Mother would say "do you want to be a garbage man when you grow up?" Guess what? I was a garbage man for my last 21 years and it was the best job I ever had.

Life ain't supposed to be easy.

Have you not seen how the boomers in here act when you say anything slightly negative about Trump?

Ha! I still have a DVD of that game in my software storage. It was played by my kids, who are all millennials.

A quick search shows it was first developed in 1971.

I think I probably have the third or fourth edition from around 2000.

If you're old enough to remember playing OT on a 5.25 floppy, either you're not a Millennial or you were playing some real outdated games, lol.

When I was in school NASA had a computer

When I was in grade school, we all had to give a book report. We all went to the library for class and everyone had picked their book except me. I was still milling around looking at the books trying to pick one. The librarian came to me and handed me a "Where the Red Fern Grows" book and said I might like it. She was right, I gave my report on it. She knew me and read me like a book. I never knew nor understood her until the last few years and she has been dead longer than that. Probably now days a lib librarian would probably throw that book in the trash, for sure wouldn't recommend it to a kid.

I also had a couple of teachers that was pro outdoor types, that while they had other things to keep them occupied that never kept them from encouraging me the way I was. I think we ruin our own cause when we don't cut people some slack just because they don't wear the same clothes and have the exact same interest as ourselves. Surely we need a better attitude towards those people, as they are shaping the minds of the kids. Nothing ever changes, just the vehicle we use to get thru it. We are all on the fast train and if your not exactly like me, then you must be wrong and can't benefit my cause. What a lesson life is!

Mention the word "calling" and they disappear even faster, or maybe they can run but can't hide.
