Groeny has to start somewhere if he wants to stay in the game. You think he is participating in C+T out of his own choosing, lol.
C+T is well established in many industries and the fur industry is sucking the hind tit as usual, but they are slowly getting there.

B.S. Boco the canucks bowed to europes wishes to "legitimize" .fur harvesting, your perspective (as a Cancuk ) is to follow this line of thinking ( traceability ) . We Americans don't answer to Europe or anyone else. Our major markets are no longer are in europe, they are in China and Russia, when things are normalized in these countries the market WILL rebound again!

If that is what you are saying, I’m throwing the BS flag. In fact, I will throw 2 flags. Just saying it isn’t possible.

But, if he has a signed statement for every purchase he has made, he can demonstrate that he knows where every piece of fur came from. If they force him to break it down to each individual piece of fur, that will significantly increase his cost of doing business.

I believe it is more of a feel good thing than a requirement to track each individual pelt back to the producer.

GFW is simply doing what they have to do to stay in business.

Canada bows to no one.Study your history. The French Canadians in lower Canada whipped you good in 1775,then a few years later in 1812 the Scots/Irish Canadians and their indigenous allies gave you another likken.

I don't think Tecumseh thought you lobster backs and the natives gave the Americans a licking, at least in the battle he was killed...

Canuck's are always bowing to someone, much like the britts, BoCo. If you boys would stand up for your selves the queen in Angland would be looking for a new lackey boy! LOL

GFW is a well managed international business. The signatures of the trapper or fur harvester lowers their risk and puts the burden of proof on those that sign. They have all the computer data for years on their customers. This practice also gives them better PR selling and marketing into the countries that have more regulations and restrictions.

Where is this magical place where you can set your traps to ensure dogs, cats, or other unwanted animals may not be caught? I need education.
