^^^^ Just wondering if the prospects of an unwanted trip to SE Asia led to your "job" in BC in '69?  No, it was actually a forestry job offer. Many people have thought that though. For those that must know; I was very lucky in a way having a broken leg when called up in 55 and latter when called up for Asia was married with two children.
