Got tired of waiting to finish up deer hunting. I can’t find any buck that interests me that much anyways. I’ve been baiting them for a bit now, today we planted 18 power snares nearby. Can’t wait to go pick up a bunch of dead western heavies. [Linked Image]

Good job, got some bait piles out and going to put a couple more this next weekend. Now the weather needs to cooperate with some cooler weather.

Smaller world, I’ve been to Meadow Lake twice Duck and Goose hunting. I really like it up there.

That’s a long drive from Arkansas also...

Alex, that’s an extremely long drive. grin
I’m happy to hear you like it where I hang my hat. Though I live in the country, Meadow Lake is where my wife and I work and where my kids attend school.

Rvsask, it’s a mere 27 hours... lots of pretty scenic views along the way.

Man how do you find a wife in your cold country, she must be special and is good at feeding the wood stove. Just teasing you!

Picked up a couple more last night. Finally got a chance to put up a bunch of snares. I’m thinking at least five dead ones next check.
