You know -- there is ONE easy solution to this issue. How about 6-weeks from today we have a new election. That should give us time to put better measures in place to ensure the legitimacy of the elections. Lets give every LEGITIMATE registered voter a marble and have them report to a few stations to dump them into the caldren. At least 4 people (two from each party) need to represented at the counting of the marbles. Does it really matter if it takes until june to count them all {not to me) At the end of that we can declare a winner and proceed --- until then I will believe there was huge amounts of fraud. I will willing abide by the new election results ( as long as the politicians have not gotten anywhere close to it.) and accept the winner. This is not about trump or biden. This is about accountabillity and even legalism.

Unfortunately we are up against a constitutional deadline and it can't be done. The only constitutional remedy is for the state legislatures to intervene and assert their mandated authority to select or not select their own slate of electors as they see fit.
I honestly doubt even SCOTUS can help at this point save for finding that states failed to follow their own rules. Even then it's questionable they even they have the authority to completely invalidate a state election.
