I was looking at some drainage culverts and thought it might be a good place to set a few traps. What might I expect to catch at this type of location? The area I'm talking about is in the mountains of North Central Pa.

I am assuming you are talking about a dry culvert, if so, my experience is that it is a fair place to catch a porcupine. Not much else.
