Looks like the Supreme accepted the challenge. By Thursday 3pm they require response from the four named states. Still doesn't guarantee a ruling or remedy but at least that didn't dismiss it out of hand.

To you folks in states such as Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska Kansas, Oklahoma, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, West Virginia and any other red state I might be leaving out, quickly call your local elected representatives and most strongly urge them to push to have your state join the states who are now listed. Numbers will count when this is decided by the court.

From the article quoted in the other thread on this subject:
"Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.."

I have been wondering why there are not a bunch of guys from MN, Wi, MI, PA and Ga outraged about what transpired in the election. Other than warrior, where are they? And leading the debates for the dems are a couple of Alaskans!

Here is the entire document... but be prepared, it is long and detailed... slide down the page a ways before it starts. The team that put this together did a great job an actually prepared the case very well.
