Nice coyote! Reminds me of the ones I caught back in the 70's between Rapid City and Wall. Seems like there was a lot of them with the soft white bellies back then. I don't know if it's still that way now.

Lots of yotes always around some places deal with mange or lice at times but it comes and goes. Seems to be a lot of yotes around I have been kicking them out of thicker cover often. It takes about a dozen caught to figure out what the mange/lice ratio is for that year a guy gets 6 without any issues and thinks he’s got it made then boom 3 bad ones in a row. We will see just getting going now and work called for the second time this week both short hauls at least.

We had very few good ones last year the yotes had lice and the skunks had orange stripes this year is great just fewer skunks around.

That's what I wished all the one's looked like when people brought them to be mounted. I get them in September and have been shot by a shot gun and they want them to look like a blue ribbon mount.
