I been looking for a spot that cats travel through. I'm not good at IDing scat at all but do you think this could be cat poop? It was the size of a penny and dime size.

I would add had I seen that I would very carefully circle the area looking for more. I have seen times out west where a “one off” like that is near/not far from an established toilet. I just figure maybe a sub cat has come across a dominant cats toilet but fears being caught in it. Otherwise if more is found close, you have a great location.

Yes, I used to pick them up and put them in a Tupperware container and put a little bobcat urine on them to freshen it up and replace it with a different cat turd out of my box. Every cat coming past would check them. I would set a trap on two sides on drags. It was easy to tell the travel path where I was.
