I collect badger and skunk fat and turn it into oils it would take a lot of mink to get a gallon of oil. Crock pot is what I use you will get a lot of fat that separates but the oil will go to the top over time.
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

I heat it (boil it) in a crock pot then pour it in a HD bucket don’t use a thin wall type bucket it will separate on it’s own.
Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!

The word is rendering. Should be plenty of details online how to render fat. Don't boil it in water if that is what you are thinking.
