If he passed this joke of a bill, this is what would be his legacy. A pittance of a check and pork to the max.

If the money goes to people that TRULY need it, I have zero problem. Make it $2000. The current $600 won't even cover half a mortgage payment for most people and yet those two old farts, McConnell and Pelosi elbow bump each other as if they finally won the prize and helped the American people.
