Why is it taking so long for the general public to hear about this simple Covid treatment, and preventative? My older hippy brother told me about this back in the first week of September when I got covid. I immediately got what he suggested. I came through covid just fine. As a side note a couple of weeks ago I could tell I was catching a cold, I had that sore throat the day before that I always get when I'm going to catch a cold. I immediately took the zinc and quercetin and it completely knocked out the cold in about 3 days. A cold usually last me about 10-14 days. This isn't rocket science or voodoo medicine. zinc is an antiviral and the quercetin helps the zinc penetrate into the virus.

In April my spine doc gave me a vitamin list, Zinc, D3 and C, been taking them ever since. Said if I get Covid to up those to 4 times the daily dosage for the duration of the sickness. So far no Covid. I had two employees catch it in Sept. They took the same vitamin regimen, recommended by their Doctor's and both were back to work in 14 days.

Was told by my doctor years back that older people's vitamin D levels drop and no matter how much sun shine you get with age your vitamin D level will be lower then what is considered normal. The information from Fox is old. Several months ago Ingram talked on her show with a doctor that said almost the exact thing this show said. He stated with good vitamin D levels and Zinc you would weather this deal fine.
Onions seem to be the natural food with the highest amount of Quercetin. Also Apples, grapes, and Citrus fruits. I take double the amount of vitamin D recommended as mine was low for years. Wife takes it all. I will start with the Zinc just because.

Can you feel the benefits or effects by taking the vitamins? I may increase my intake as well.

Because the dark forces couldn't make covid as bad as the Black Death and control as many people as they have now.

Many many doctors have been saying this for months now. V D is the only vitamin I take.

So mom and Grandma were on to something....with the Cod liver oil? Another thing the head nurse of our local health dept told me, when I asked for employer protocol when employees get covid 19. Our conversation was about treatments she was seeing done. When the harsh dry coughs set in with some people, local honey was taken, and helped a lot.

We're taking D3 and zinc now. Yea zinc helps they say. Just watch the fructose intake. It has an adverse effect on VD. Your VD levels can still be low even if you're taking it; if you consume to much fructose which is in everything these days. My daughter in law just had her VD levels checked and she was low even though she has been taking D3 for some time. Doc told her to cut out the fructose.
