Waiting for my wife to finish up with the batch of fudge she is making. Then its my turn to make a double batch of tapioca pudding. The arm really gets a workout with the tapioca,as its not the instant type.
Made a couple chocolate cream pies last week, think I need to do the same tomorrow.I buy premade graham cracker pie crusts so that helps a lot.
Sweet toothe needs pacifying.

I can be up there in around 3 hours, Tom! My Mom used to make Tapioca Pudding and it was my favorite!

Wife put the fudge in the fridge to cool more.Tapioca is poured into bowls and should be ready to eat in an hour or so. Now you know why I stay up late every night.
Tapioca is our favorite,it has been hard to find in Hudson ,Wi.,where I do most of our grocery shopping.I picked up 4 boxes last week--I should have bought more.
I am sure getting hungry. Guess I'll put on another pot of coffee.

When my Mom made Tapioca Pudding, when it cooled it formed kind of a skin on top. That was my favorite part!

The top cools first forming the skin--and underneath the skin, the pudding is still warm. I usually don't wait till it cools all the way.
