About 2 months ago I cut and removed brush to make a clear cut trail. I blocked and used some guide timbers in hopes they would use the trail. Haven't been back in there since but looks like I need to get to work.

Looks like you know where to place those traps.

This is exactly what I do but I don't make them as obvious looking (to not draw attention from 2 leggers)
Rather than lining the trail I hing cut in gaps
Works great for all sorts of game.

^ I would be concerned about such a clear trail also but this is so far off the beaten path and all private, I nevah worry about that. Most years there would be 3 feet of snow and a couple of miles just to get in here and most of it would have to be on foot.
