Honestly the tacoma was the best small pickup I ever owned. That’s a nice looking pickup. I hope you can get the deal done.

I have two 2004 tacomas. One 4 cylinder 5 speed, the other 6 cylinder automatic trans both extend cabs. 8500.00 for my 4 cylinder with 140k miles. Bought a year ago. 14,000.00 for my 6 cylinder with 70K miles. 2 years ago. Both had frames replaced before I bought them. Paid a lot for 6 cylinder auto but its really nice smile

2 years ago I bought a 2003 Tacoma 4 door with 220000 miles on it for $6000 for my wife, she still has it and it runs great!

On another note I bought a 2004 Tacoma 13 years ago I still have it, it has 276000 miles on it and it runs like a new one! I love my First Generation Tacoma’s!

Btw they’re both V6’s

2002 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 automatic
V6 3.4 engine
146000 miles
Comes with topper
Body is in great shape, frame is good
Interior in great shape

That pretty well describes my 2002 Tacoma TRD with 132,000 miles. Last time it was in the shop I was told that "people want that model" and will be standing in line to buy it if I want to sell it. I don't trap any more but I don't want to sell it. With LT235/85x16 DuraTrack tires it does well on icy Idaho roads.

Too bad it's a V6 and automatic.

My taco rides a little rough. Why? Because I put Bilstein shocks and 6PR tires on it. The ride doesn't bother me.

Yeah I bought a 96 for 4300$ with 207,000 getting ready to hit 300,000 by this week. Best truck I've ever owned.

My 2007 22RE 4 cyl.. Tacoma has 350,000 and still runs and looks new. It's just a baby compared to Paul's Tacoma's.

Like anything else, you get what you pay for! Last December (2019), I bought a 2003 Xtra Cab, 3.4, automatic with only 61,000 miles! It is a one owner, no hit truck! It has a beautiful color matching cap with Yakima racks. The truck was super rust free and has every available option. This was a clean southern truck! Price was $15,500! Yes, I know that was on the very high end, but with the cap and racks, a brand new truck would have been $45,000 plus. I know that I will get 10 good years out of it. So it is worth every penny to me. On a new truck you will lose $15,000 just on depreciation in the first five years! So do the math.
