Is there meat in the lobster's front paws too or just the tail? Yes in the front claws as well as the tails,body and legs.

Looks good Brian, I'm going to have surf and turf with a slight variant for New Years Day tomorrow.
I got a 10 lb rib roast that is going on the pellet grill and I haven't decided yet between lobster tail or crab legs. Most likely lobster.

If yah need help ...on how to eat them....plenty of lobstah pros here...... I'd love to visit your pro staff. As it is, those mud bugs are mere hours from turd status. Appreciate the thought, however. We are considering an East Coast trip next summer/fall, if you are available as a guide.

No pictures,,but I had both my sons over with their wives and the grand kids and we had a 8 lb fillet mignon,,16 cold water lobster tails,,100 Main clams,Home made East Utica Greens,Fried mushrooms ,peppers and onions,mashed potatoes with Au Jus gravy and biscuits.
