Nice looking lynx.We should be allowed to trap them here in Maine. A friend gets them on his cameras quite often, I never do and we're just thirty miles apart. I rarely see lynx sign where I'm at. Very little sign here around Silver Ridge but lots of sign and lynx in other areas close by.

Today's check Nice pile of beavers there, I don't envy you having to skin all of them Snares still doing their duty. None of those in Texas So with the help of Advil, I reset 136 leg holds today after our lovely rain. Dig out - snap - dislodge funny dirt - reset - cover - add new lure or bait and roll. I set time goals to pace myself. 14 hours today and there better be some tight chains as a result tomorrow. Bobcats will move. 34 tonight in South Texas.
Blessings, Mark That is impressive work How does one average a little over 6min per reset and that not even include riding time from trap to trap?

I had 20 foot holds planted, a dozen dog proofs, and 10 Cr's that just got waylaid by a 2" ice storm and 2" rain with sub 20 temps overnight. going to look like a junkyard tomorrow when I pull everything...

I make a set in 2 minutes. The line is 62.8 miles on the buggie at present. Ask anyone who has ever attended our Predator Trapping Academy. I manage trap line efficiency to a "T."

All I managed was a couple of beaver in my otter sets. Number 51 from this particular brake... Notch tailed... Crossover keeps producing. Otter the other day waiting on another...

A guy can get more trapping tips on the cooking channel than Tman anymore. Kinda sad. Actually, I get quite a bit on the trapping only forum.

Solid productive day today after remaking and reluring all the sets yesterday. We had a coyote getting a bit too close to the shop area so..... we set on sign and job accomplished; The coyotes just keep trying to sniff turds I set close to where I find tracks. They shouldn't do that. Shortens their life span by about "1 Death Ray." I had a bobcat that crossed in front of the buggy about 2:30 yesterday afternoon. Today, I had him tethered about 9:30 I've now caught 154 coyotes and bobcats on this 12,800 acres ranch in the last 365 days. Blessings, Mark
