I got fish heads an some leftover fish after fillet last fall, found more than thought in bottom freezer, if don't use it all, how good well keep till next fall ? Wrap better in plastic. Freeze -10?

It will probably freezer burn, just squirt fish oil on it to spruce it up.

What do rat carcasses ? I have skin rat carcass sav freezer. U should have gutted. I didn't, what others do them as far as bait or mix with them or grind ?

I usually sell muskrat meat (or eat them myself). Since you didn’t gut them, you could just cut in half and use for mink pocket sets.

You could also make your own lure or bait if you are looking to do that. Sounds like a fun summer project. New coonman220 mink lure or something.
