Pence isn’t going to throw any states. No one will be more overjoyed than me if he does but it ain’t gonna happen for reason way above my pay grade.
This answer is probably going to be the correct one. We knew all along the game of politics is rigged. We just had no idea how crappy all of it is. I sit in amazement that the hard working, hard thinking, heart giving Americans can chug along with a head wind like so many throw at us. I mean look at all the crap the last few years. The Russia collusion scam. Hillary can scrub a laptop that has been court ordered sealed and nada happens to her. FBI top officials are caught collaborating against a presidential candidate and are reassigned. Up until yesterday's new progressive news of Pelosi's march to deem all gender terms (mother, father, husband, and more) no longer to be used in the USA's legislative chamber.
This once great nation is bleeding and we just don't know how many pints we have in the tank is all. Mega Trillions now spent where billions used to be called the norm. China viruses emerge and tens of millions of votes pour in from the USPS system to elect a POTUS who didn't campaign and who has a 50 year history of ?? yet got more votes than anyone in our history. I wish I could unsee suitcases coming out from under draped tables, but officials have deemed this is normal. On and on.
Brave men and women have fought and died and been maimed for life for this great nation and we are now a great nation immensely divided. There won't be collaboration of both sides because the progressive side is marching to a goal the conservative side will not accept. Globalization? Maybe. Power hungry Dems and Repubs? Most assuredly. Socialism? We are more than half way there. Have been headed there since FDR and sped up by LBJ. The "worst" generation from the 1960-1980's (that's mine) has been a bunch of weird progressive munchkins who have too much given to them by the greatest generation and now march toward Mandarin. And atheism. And power. And greed. And no civil rights. In the name of fairness (communism is built explicitly on the cloak of fair doctrine). We are the worst generation. The reason we are the worst is that we have not managed what was given to us and been good Godly stewards of it. Nope. We don't believe in God. We believe in us. So we manage like gods, in the name of Pharaoh, and this has all been done a thousand times in history.
It always ends bad for the home team.
Teach your family Truth friends. I know it's "old school," but maybe old school is best school.
It's all we have. The schools will not teach truth. They teach the norms of society and those goal posts have moved drastically since 1960.
Some of our churches will not (sadly) teach Truth either because the congregation and parishioners don't prefer it.
While we may well be a remnant, the remnant ALWAYS emerges righteous and strong.
I do know; My wife and I are set on teaching our family that none of us are god. God is God.
Seems simple and the James of the world can't fathom it, because they, like I, come from the worst generation and think they are great and they are gods. The godless always view themselves that way. Narcissists hate other narcissists who dare fog their mirror.
I humbly admit I'm blessed more than most humans on earth are, and that my wife is my greatest gift from my Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and that my children are my gift from Him also, and that time spent on my knees is my time best spent.
May the rest be as He intends.
