Very nice

Had an extremely aggravating moment on the coyote line today. Was working through one property freshening up some sets with just a shot of urine and could here the crows raising cane by the big fields on the next property and ad I came over the knoll in one field I could see I had yet another coyote in one of my walk through sets in the next field 300 yards away then he saw me and really started pulling and lunging and when I was about 100 yards from him he pulled out and was in high gear heading to the neighboring property.i think they could've heard me a half mile away with all the f words I was throwing. I have NEVER in 45 years of trapping had that happen with a coyote Guess up until now I have been extremely lucky and all I can think is I just toe caught him. I used the K9 extreme jrs. 4 coiled, offset with outside laminations. Oh well tomorrow's another day I guess. Good luck all.

Don't feel like you are alone Pa. Trapper. It has happened to all of us I would think who have trapped for many years and for some more then once. Better days ahead. Just can't prevent some things from happening. I have had my share of fox, coyote and cats pull out in front of me. Sure makes you want to say some fitting words that fit that occasion and you don't care who hears you. LOL

True Bob,very true. I have had it happen with other critters and it was aggravating enough but the last 10 years or so I pretty much just trap coyotes as the farmer's here keep me pretty busy trapping coyotes for them. Love the coyotes just wish ours were a little prettier

PA: Had that happen to me for the first time this year as well! Sucks but makes for a great story. I was lucky enough to have my wife with as a witness!

More then one guy has destroyed a truck when that happens trying to get that yote back.
