Found it trapping this morning. It's solid and pretty heavy.

Rock heavy or wet softball heavy? Perfectly round or just roughly shaped? Looks like the inside of some softballs.

Looks like an "enterolith" . Sort of like a pearl from a horse's guts. Made up of magnesium, phosphorus, ammonium, and other minerals.

Lol almost said not the 20 the sphere. New I'd pay for that one.

It's rock heavy. Feels like a rock. Has small marks in it like it could have been hand made but I can't see dimples or etches. Not perfectly round.

Can't imagine it coming from a horses gut but just because I've never heard of an enterolith.

I dimly remember some news about these round rocks being mineral remnants of a dinosaur gizzard. Just like chickens or other birds dinosaurs would swallow rocks to help break down food in their gizzards and over the many years be wore down to speres.

Don't know if what you found is the same as mine but we have collected about 50 all from same spot. Someone on here told me what the name for them is but I forgot. Naturally formed

Was found sticking out of a ditch that runs to a dry culvert. Never gets much of a flow at all. About 2 feet deep compared to surrounding ground. It's somewhat high elevation for around here. The nearest creek is half mile downhill across a road.
Found out that the land was sold or leased to a big company while I was setting cable restraints and footholds for coyotes. I was setting a trap where I prebait every year and 3 guys walked up and said my set is going to be the middle of a big building.
There was a big stink in the paper about all this last year. I don't pay attention to much but the Township had a big stink about it. I got 6 coyotes there last year so looks like I'm losing another prime trapping spot. I have permission to be there so I'm not leaving until they kick me out.

Possibly an antique ivory billiard ball? If there was a factory or company around there, it may have had a billiard table for the workers to use. Just a thought. Looks awfully smooth.
