I put a thread up on Trap Shed if anybody has one to part with. Or, can anybody recommend one? It seems everyone is sold out where I've looked.

I like the Lee 6 cavity truncated cone molds , I have 9 and 40 , I just don't load enough 45 to jave purchased that one yet I alse have 6 cavity in .490 round ball and .430 in a couple bullets a Lee 4-20 pot or something similar , the only down side is about the time you really get on a roll your running low on lead in the pot and it is time to refill and let the pot sit a while 2 pots would be awesome but I haven't done that yet https://www.midwayusa.com/product/101020526?pid=397569unfortunately yes about everything gun is sold out everywhere

you ideally want them to throw a little large
when shooting cast boolits you want 0.001 to 0.002 larger than groove if your groove was .452 you would want .543 or .454

Check out a place called "The Gun Works" muzzleloader emporium.
They usually have a batch of molds, new and used.

Gary there are a few companies out there that will make a mold for you... Not sure how hard they've been hit with supply chain issues but it might not hurt to look.
I'm getting real tired of seeing the words "Out of Stock." I'm having a devil of a time finding a .600 round ball mold for my smoothbore flintlock... I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden every person in the U.S. took up muzzleloading.

Mike I'm with you, I'm looking for the Lee 90488 mold that is a double cavity with a 490 round ball and a 320 REAL. I guess everyone got a muzzleloader for Christmas just like me.
