My thoughts that you really need to pay attention to what you're doing anytime you're creating passwords. This has nothing to do with cryptos as people forget the passwords everyday. Id recommend that most people not only physically write down and safely store your passwords but to come up with a formula for creating your passwords. This probably won't come as a shock but when I was in highschool, I wrote a computer program in c++ to create passwords based on phrases that meant something to me and encrypted them so they weren't easy to guess but would remain memorable.

For passwords, I choose an easy to remember phrase. Instead of entering it in with roman characters, I shift my keyboard to Cyrillic. It then appears as a random alphanumeric cyrilic code.
