All that is needed is a mouse hole or two or three or four actually.
Then there is at least half a dozen types of flat sets to use and post Sets and Rub sets, dirt holes not really needed.

I plan to put put a flat set tomorrow.

try pounding in a piece of pipe put bait in pipe , works great

Raise side of a rock and put lure under edge. That's where a predator would look for a mouse.
