Are getting hard to find. Trying to finish up a build and scratching together the parts is getting difficult and spendy. Most of the popular suppliers are out of many common components. Glad I had the most expensive and rare parts awhile back.

There’s still plenty of parts available, there’s so many different companies selling parts right now it’s almost endless. That’s subject to change real soon though.

I have everything but a free float hand guard. I have a 15" model I could use, but this build is with a 16" barrel, so I'd like to use a 12 or 13-1/2" max. Most of the reasonably priced, $40-70 models are sold out. I don't need a $150 hand guard. I did find one at around $90, but I was hoping to get by for less.

I reckon, I'll have to bite the bullet and spend a little extra. I bought the barrel last week and the day before I received it, the were out of stock on about every AR barrel but some 20"+ models. I wanted a Wylde barrel but ended up with a 5.56. No biggie.

I've been trying to find a reasonably prices Aero M4 matched upper and lower for almost 3 months. This is really starting to suck.

Brian, take a look at Dunkirk, they probably have what you are looking for https://www.durkintactical.com/
