I like mine no red that is medium to well and fine for you but ruins perfectly good meat for me

You could have been cooking that while you were still butchering.
It would be cooked perfectly to rare/med rare using the Sioux Bidet (sous vide) method in only a couple hours rather than rushing it after you were already tired.
Man who mistake shillelagh for fairy wand; see pixie dust, also.

You could have been cooking that while you were still butchering.
It would be cooked perfectly to rare/med rare using the Sioux Bidet (sous vide) method in only a couple hours rather than rushing it after you were already tired. LOL that's the most Minnesotan spelling of sous vide I think I've ever seen.

Hear me now and thank me later Blasphemy! Horse radish is for beef, specifically roast beef. The stuff that takes your breath away and makes your eyes water and nose run is the best! LOL Just not on venison tenderloin. I don't even put salt on it, just fried lightly in butter and eat it, I love the flavor.
