Great pics Bruce. You gonna miss trapping them tree killers when you move to Kansas. He shouldn’t have any trouble finding any if he wants to trap them. We are over run with them around here. They can open a lot of doors. Thanks.I will keep that in mind.

$1 a inch and gas was 30-40 cents a gallon maybe a little more....

Fort Ticonderoga used less fencing. You're making me tired, Bruce.  Considering the value of a dollar back then and the price of a beaver hide, the extra work probably made it worth it. Great photos, lots of memories, that's for sure.

Thanks for sharing those Pics! Bring back some memories of mine. I remember first starting beaver trapping thru ice making frames and fencing Back in day when we use to have winter with a lot of Ice here North East Ohio. A lot of work , but loved every moment of it.

Really nice! The old fashion way looks to be a young mans game. I love trapping beaver thou, and worked harder then I should of many times.
