He shouldn’t have any trouble finding any if he wants to trap them. We are over run with them around here. They can open a lot of doors.

Thanks.I will keep that in mind.

Great old photos, Bruce. Do you remember what the going pelt price was back then?

I can not believe the work put into those fences. I'm tired just looking at those pictures. I too have fond memories of a dollar an inch.

That sure was a good job for not only a full sized man, but a great job for a couple boys.... Great memories.

Considering the value of a dollar back then and the price of a beaver hide, the extra work probably made it worth it.
Great photos, lots of memories, that's for sure.

I don't care how nice the hand soap smells, you should never walk out of the restroom sniffing your fingers.

Thanks for sharing those Pics! Bring back some memories of mine. I remember first starting beaver trapping thru ice making frames and fencing Back in day when we use to have winter with a lot of Ice here North East Ohio. A lot of work , but loved every moment of it.

Really nice! The old fashion way looks to be a young mans game. I love trapping beaver thou, and worked harder then I should of many times.
