The cruze on my 2011 chevy pickup works only part of the time. Seems to be getting worse. Going to live with it unless there is an easy fix. Thanks Jim

Used too much when it was new! My ol 98 Silveraydo still cruises okay.

My dads 2011 is the same way I don’t think he has ever figured out the problem either

I had a 2006 pickup that had Cruise with a mind of its own,
Chevy garage checked it over and put a new fuse in it and
Never gave me anymore trouble.

My 2008 Tundra the cruise would turn on sometimes and then maybe not. Seemed like if I turned the steering wheel in would turn on more likely. I put a new clock spring in and that took care of it. The clock spring is under the steering wheel and take the current from the controller on the steering wheel to the cruise unit. I googled it and there are a number of videos that shows you how to do it. Other than pulling the steeling wheel, it was a piece of cake.

It's easy to swap out if it's on the turn signal stick.
