Part of Bidens new gun laws will be to end sale of firearms, ammunition, kits and gun parts through the mail in any form.

Hopefully it takes them at least 24 hours to go through. I ordered a new semi-auto (assault) shotgun and it just arrived at my FFL today but I can't pick it up until tomorrow.

The way the news story read it would be an executive order.

I expect the crime rate to drop immediately.

Between Abbott and Paxton Texas may soon be a 2A sanctuary state!

I am told there might be as many as 10 other states do the same thing! What would Biden do take us to the supreme court? Near as I can tell they aren't listening to firearms cases LOL

I agree but if the supreme court refuses to hear our case where will that leave us?

almost 1/3 of the US counties are 2A sanctuary last week when I was looking it up to present to out county public safety committee we are one step further , on to the board now.
876 counties and 4 states added up it is just shy of 1/3 of all counties in the country , it would be great if we could get that closer to half , as people feel the threat I think it will grow quickly.

This is when the Democrat controlled Congress will use Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution. They will claim it falls under the commerce clause.

I agree. I don’t think the Supreme Court will find justification to over turn an order like that. The order he has talked about doesn’t keep us from getting gun parts or ammo, just limits the way we are able to get them. So an order like that won’t infringe on our right to have guns, parts or ammunition. That’s why he hasn’t mentioned an all out ban (post election). He knows the courts will over throw it no matter who controls the courts.

If traps work like the Antis say......I would have no fingers.

the thing is they do not have the federal agents to enforce even a fraction of what they are planning. they will be passing laws that they will be asking and frequently with no budget associated with it for local LE agencies to enforce.

what the 2nd amendment resolution does is it gives the LE of the county the discretion to say , not go looking for ways to make the citizens criminals.
just like the Illegal alien sanctuary cities do. The federal law states that illegal immigrants must be reported to ICE , "sanctuary cities" don't report . I assume they just ignore the question on the form and make sure to never ask even if they had to bring in an interpreter for every part of the arrest , questioning ,arraignment , trial and sentencing.

Great explanation as always Pete but think bigger- forget cities or counties (parishes in Louisiana) and lets see how many states will join in. 11 this year would be great and 11 more next year even better
