Still the kings deer. Eastern Europe maintained "Forest law" much longer than Western Europe which adopted "Common law". Not having hunting rights on your own property is certainly an interesting concept but it is not a lot different than not having mineral rights on your own property here.
For example in MN the state owns all the mineral rights, if I want to dig some sand up on my property I am supposed to pay the state for that privilege.

It also seems to be a messy area... all ima say is if I did have a sand pit I would keep it quiet.

In some places the game is not yours either but you can surly buy some if you want it, every empty casing is accounted for also.
